Swarovski’s current U.S. FAQ gives ordinary purchases 14 days after receipt, with 30 days for Swarovski Created Diamonds. Store purchases use 14 days after purchase and must return through retail stores. Products must be new, unused and complete. Online returns use the portal or selected stores; personalized items and purchases from another country are excluded. Gift, receipt and promotional-bundle rules can change the available outcome.
How to start a return
In a store
- Check the location offers Return in store; concessions are excluded for online returns.
- Bring the complete new, unused item and purchase evidence within the applicable deadline.
- Store purchases must use retail returns rather than the online warehouse route.
Online or by mail
- Register the online order at the official returns portal and check any shipping charge.
- Use the supplied label or QR instructions and include packaging, tags and any required certificate.
- Keep proof of return and allow for warehouse processing plus payment-provider posting.
What is Swarovski’s return policy in the United States?
The current U.S. FAQ gives ordinary merchandise up to 14 days after receipt, while Swarovski Created Diamonds has a 30-day exception. Goods must be new and unused, with original packaging and tags. The store-purchase instructions separately start the ordinary 14-day period on purchase.
First identify the collection and seller, then choose a return route. A Created Diamonds purchase, an ordinary crystal necklace and a personalized item do not share identical eligibility. The same short deadline can also produce different financial outcomes for an original buyer and someone bringing back a gift.
Does Swarovski count the return period from purchase or delivery?
For an online order, the general FAQ uses receipt, and the selected-store return instructions use delivery or collection. For something purchased in a Swarovski retail store, it says 14 days after purchase. Keep the relevant receipt or delivery record so you know which starting point applies.
Do not count from a birthday or the date a gift was opened. Those dates may be later than the transaction or delivery. If a shipment arrived in several parts, identify the item and delivery involved when asking support about the deadline rather than assuming all products share the last parcel’s date.
Do Swarovski Created Diamonds have a longer return period?
Yes. The Created Diamonds guidance allows 30 days after receipt, with proof of purchase, new and unused condition, original packaging and tags, and the IGI certificate. Personalized, adjusted, engraved, customized and made-to-order exclusions still need attention.
The general store-return instructions describe ordinary online goods within 14 days. For a Created Diamonds purchase, confirm the appropriate collection-specific route rather than assuming any store accepts it under the longer period. Check the order confirmation for instructions, especially for a designed ring, because its handling may differ from a standard jewelry return.
How do I return a Swarovski online order by mail?
Register at the official return portal using the online order number and email address. Follow the request to obtain the relevant label or QR code, then pack the products in the original carton with their original packaging materials. Use the carrier instructions generated for that return.
Keep the proof of return and tracking details. A screenshot showing registration does not establish that the parcel was handed over. If you are returning more than one item, check that each is included in the request and in the box, particularly when the products were part of a promotional offer.
Can I return Swarovski.com purchases to a store?
Selected Swarovski stores offer online returns; concessions are excluded. Use the store finder and check for the Return in store service before traveling. The FAQ says ordinary online items must be brought back with Swarovski.com proof of purchase within 14 days after delivery or collection, for a refund.
A familiar storefront alone is not enough to establish participation. Call ahead if the item has a collection-specific exception or you want a size exchange. Bring the complete product and documentation, and keep the store’s proof-of-return receipt until the refund has appeared on the relevant account.
Can I mail back an item bought in a Swarovski store?
The current FAQ says Swarovski retail-store purchases cannot be returned through the online store. Return an eligible retail purchase to a Swarovski store with proof of purchase within 14 days after purchase. Do not generate an unrelated web-order label to send a shop purchase into the online process.
If the original store is inconvenient, contact Swarovski about an appropriate retail location before making another trip. Keep the receipt and original packaging together. For a purchase from a concession or another retailer, confirm the seller’s own terms rather than assuming the directly operated Swarovski return process covers the transaction.
Are Swarovski returns free?
The current U.S. FAQ does not clearly promise free mail returns. Its fee answer directs shoppers to the portal and says an eligible store return can avoid a return shipping fee. Check the charge and service shown for your order before completing the request.
Do not interpret the availability of a label as proof that no deduction applies. If the expected refund is unclear, ask whether postage is charged separately or deducted. Compare that with the time and travel cost of a participating-store return, while keeping the same product eligibility and deadline in mind for either route.
Can I return Swarovski jewelry after wearing it?
Ordinary returns require new, unused condition. Swarovski reserves the right to reject items showing wear. Preserve tags and packaging while deciding whether to keep a piece; wearing it to an event is different from inspecting it before use.
If a clasp fails or a stone appears damaged, contact Swarovski about that problem rather than presenting worn merchandise as a new change-of-mind return. Keep clear photographs and the purchase record available. A potential product fault may need its own assessment, and the short ordinary return window should not be confused with the separate warranty process.
Which Swarovski purchases are nonreturnable?
The FAQ lists personalized, adjusted-to-fit, customized, engraved and made-to-order products, along with gift cards, face masks, perishable goods and products bought in another country. Keeping an excluded product unused does not remove its category or customization exclusion.
Check the exact order description before assuming an item qualifies. A ring in a standard size and one altered to fit can be different transactions. If you received something other than what you ordered, explain the mismatch to customer service and ask for the appropriate resolution instead of guessing how a routine exclusion applies to an order error.
Can I return Swarovski sale items?
The current FAQ says the return policy includes sale items. The ordinary deadline, condition and product exclusions still apply. A reduced price does not, on its own, cancel return eligibility, but neither does it override an engraving or other nonreturnable designation.
Check whether the discount was a simple markdown or depended on buying multiple products. That affects the refund calculation if you keep only part of an order. Save the original offer and invoice so you can compare the actual adjustment with what you paid rather than expecting the current full retail price.
What happens when I return part of a Swarovski promotional bundle?
Returning one or more products can cancel a promotion if the remaining purchase no longer meets its terms. Swarovski says the retained goods may revert to their original price and any payment adjustment will be processed automatically by the payment provider.
A set packaged as one product may also need all its components returned. Before separating a set, read the offer attached to the order and check the portal’s eligible selections. The amount credited for a partial return can therefore be lower than a simple division of the original discounted total. Ask for the calculation if it does not match your records.
How do Swarovski gift returns work?
For an online gift delivered directly to you, the ordinary online-return route refunds the cardholder. A same-product size exchange may be available in a store, subject to stock. For an in-store gift with a gift receipt, the FAQ describes an alternative of equal or greater value or a gift card.
Decide whether you want another item or the buyer to receive the refund before sending the gift. Do not assume a recipient can request cash into their own account. Bring the gift receipt and complete product, and confirm availability before traveling for a specific replacement size.
Can I exchange Swarovski items instead of getting a refund?
Online orders returned by post are refunded rather than exchanged; place a new order for the replacement. Stores may handle straightforward size exchanges of the same online product, subject to availability and excluding concessions. Store purchases can be exchanged for another size, color or alternative product, subject to stock and eligibility.
Call ahead for a particular replacement. An exchange option is not a reservation, and inventory may change before you arrive. If you reorder first, plan for a period when the new purchase is charged while the original return remains in processing.
Can Swarovski help if I lost my receipt?
The FAQ accepts alternative purchase evidence such as a date-stamped authenticity card, bank or card statement, or credit-card slip. It describes helping you select an alternative product of equal or greater value when the item meets the return policy. It does not promise a cash refund without a receipt.
Use the most specific evidence available. A statement showing the store and amount may help locate a transaction but may not list the individual piece. Keep the product identifier and any packaging available so staff can connect the evidence with the item you are bringing back.
How long does a Swarovski refund take?
The current FAQ contains two processing estimates: its mail instructions allow approximately 14 working days after receipt, while the refund section says processing within 10 business days, followed by five to 10 business days for account posting. Treat these as separate stages and ask for an order-specific update if delayed.
Store returns are described as processed the same day, with payment-provider posting afterward. Keep the return receipt or tracking record and note when the parcel reached Swarovski. When contacting support, ask whether the item has been received, approved and refunded rather than assuming a delivery scan means the payment is already available.
